What we do

How we add value

IGNAZ Technology creates digital solutions for NHS teams and enhances pathways to improve them for patients, HCPs and senior management within the NHS. We include these three sets of people in all the work that we do to ensure the best possible digital solution is created.

How we work

We create a digital solution that makes sense to patients, are easy to use for HCPs and is financially realistic to senior managers in the NHS. We do this using our experience of working in the NHS as well as seeking advice from experts in that field.

Under Pressure

Under Pressure digitalises the visual monitoring of pressure ulcers. As clinicians we have seen the poor monitoring of pressure ulcers which leads to extended stay and pain for patients. It also had led to sepsis and deaths of patients which resulted in a criminal investigation into their monitoring in Wales. We have developed a digital tool to help clinicians better monitor pressure ulcers. The five key advantages are:

- Metadata tagging using 3 way verification

- The ability to scroll back chronologically through previous photos

- Pressure ulcers mapped on an online body map

- Alerts for the clinicians if pressure ulcer increasing in size or grade

- Integrated seamlessly into the clinical portal

Our product pipeline

We look for and listen to issues that we encounter on a daily basis within the NHS. After we have identified this problem we talk to the 3 key individuals: the patient, the HCPs and senior NHS management. After learning the wants and needs of these groups we talk to experts about what our digital solution should have within it. Amalgamating all that insight into a user friendly digital solution is what we do next.

How we want to work with you

At IGNAZ Technology we want to empower HCPs from across the world. We want to hear from like-minded HCPs who see an area of their clinical practice stream that could be improved. We also value your insight and opinion and would welcome you to join our meetings when it comes to solving this issue and the creation of a digital solution. HCPs should be pioneering and leading the change in the NHS.
